HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18 Relating to establishment of                     
a fishing community at Adak, was read the second time.                         
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18 be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Senator Adams objected.                              
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18                       
be advanced to third reading?"  The roll was taken with the
